Guest House Nuit Blanche is an intimate guesthouse with only two rooms, hosted by artist David de Graef. He provides personal insights into local culture and creates a multi-course breakfast with locally sourced ingredients each morning. The guesthouse's historic building dates back to medieval times and was part of the honeymoon of Belgium's royal couple Albert and Paola.

The two rooms, Lune de Miel and Pasionara, offer direct views of the Church of Our Lady and the medieval garden. Each room features original stained-glass roundels from the 15th century and a separate entrance hall with large closet. The Deluxe Double Room includes a projector screen for watching movies on DVDs about Bruges.

Breakfast & Dining

Breakfast is served in the host's art studio and consists of three courses that change daily according to the chef's mood. The presentation is artistic, and the food uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Guests with dietary restrictions, such as vegan, receive custom-prepared dishes that meet protein needs.

The guesthouse is situated on the Gruuthuse Canal next to the Bonifacius Bridge, the most photographed spot in Bruges. Within a 300-meter walk, guests reach the Basilica of the Holy Blood and the Groeningemuseum.
